Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

In February of 2018, the Law Office of Laurence Beckler, PLLC (“Firm”) represented the sellers of 3,800 Antiminer 59 Bitcoin miners to Riot Blockchain, Inc., a publicly traded company in a deal worth between $25 and $50 Million Dollars. On June 12, 2013, Mr. Beckler spoke in front of approximately 35 advertising agencies and marketing firms on the subject of drafting and negotiating agency of record and other types of service agreements in conjunction with a seminar hosted by the American Association of Advertising Agencies. Mr. Beckler explained the dynamic between the client and agency and covered key legal issues including indemnity, extended payment terms, termination, ownership, exclusivity and warranties.

It has come to the attention of this Firm that lawsuits commenced by trolls (unscrupulous attorneys) alleging ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) violations as the result of web inaccessibility by their disabled clients have increased materially and substantially over the past ten years, clogging the court system based on a set of ill defined laws and case precedent. Lawsuits initiated by these trolls have forced national retailers such as Target, Scribd, Brooks Brothers, and Bag'n Baggage, to settle ADA claims rather than face extended court battles and negative public opinion.

Nobel Winner Joins Hutchin Hill Capital, LP

Thomas J. Sargent of New York University, 2012's co-recipient of the Nobel in economic science, recently signed on as a consultant for one of my firm's clients, Hutchin Hill Capital, LP, a multistrategy hedge fund with $1.5 billion in assets under management.
